Cilia Kaeker has been part of the LA COCINA family since February 2015 and is available to assist and advise you on all matters relating to LA COCINA. She is a passionate hostess and, as a trained chef, does not miss the opportunity to lead the one or other cooking class herself.

SILKE KRÖPKE, OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

Silke Kröpke – Our dedicated operations manager is the heart of our team. With her cordial manner, she creates an atmosphere of well-being for our guests. Silke attaches particular importance to excellent service and customer satisfaction. Thanks to her many years of experience in the industry, she brings with her not only professional expertise but also a tireless passion for gastronomic flights of fancy.

CHRISTOPH RAU, CHEF DE CUISINE

Christoph enriches La Cocina with his open and friendly manner as head chef. In recent years, he has gained a great deal of culinary experience in a wide variety of restaurants, including Michelin-starred restaurants. Now he passes on his extensive knowledge to the guests of La Cocina Hannover with a lot of fun and passion. His motto: If you don’t have time to eat, make yourself a sandwich!
