🤝 The farm: Our high-quality extra virgin olive oil comes from the sun-drenched olive groves of the Cotanillo estate in La Pueblanueva, where tradition and quality come together. 🌳 The estate covers an area of 223 hectares and is home to 62,000 olive trees of the Arbequi-na, Hojiblanca and Cornicabra varieties.

🌳 The oil: Valderrama oils are characterized by their unique aroma, which captures the memories of the landscape and the fruit in bottles. 🍏 Valderrama oils are also known for their natural freshness, as they are produced immediately after harvesting at low temperatures of 19° C.
